This page explains what data Draskulvarvox handles and how to contact us about it.
Who is responsible
The site is run by the Draskulvarvox team, Keizersgracht 312, 1016 EX Amsterdam, Netherlands. Phone: +31 20 794 3618.
What we collect
Draskulvarvox has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no comments. We do not ask for your name, and we do not track you across other sites.
-
Your cookie choice, stored in one cookie on your device (see the Cookie Policy).
-
Technical data that every web server receives: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider keeps it in short-lived logs to run the site and protect it from abuse.
-
The content of any email you send us, and your email address, so that we can reply.
Fonts from Google
Text on the site uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
Why we use the data
-
To show the pages and keep the site working and secure.
-
To remember your cookie choice so the banner does not appear on every visit.
-
To answer questions you send us.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working site and, for email, your own request.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days. The consent cookie lasts 180 days. Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used or object to its use. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
To use any of these rights, write to support@draskulvarvox.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The site is open to everyone and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
Third-party sites
Games open on poki.com, which has its own privacy policy. Once you leave Draskulvarvox, we do not control what data is collected.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
