What the site is
Draskulvarvox describes free browser games: the genre, devices, controls and what each game is like to play. The games are not hosted here. Each one opens on Poki.
Using the site
The site is free and needs no account. By using it you agree to these terms. Please do not:

Independence from Poki and the studios
Draskulvarvox is not affiliated with Poki or with the studios that made the games. Game names, covers and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the games.
Accuracy
We check facts against each game's page on Poki, but games are updated and details can change. The site is provided as is, without a promise that every detail is current. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

Links go to external sites, mainly poki.com. We are not responsible for their content, availability or rules. Their own terms apply once you leave Draskulvarvox.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or the external sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless consumer law gives you the right to use a court where you live.
